A. Under all circumstances, the Junior Players' Tour staff will do everything possible to complete a tournament regardless of weather conditions. Unfortunately this sometimes requires that we play in adverse conditions. We do play in the rain. We do not play if lightning or thunderstorms are present. If it is not possible to complete all 18 holes of a tournament and all players of an age group have completed 9 holes, the Junior Players' Tour will post these groups 9 hole scores. No refunds will be given if 9 holes of an event are completed. If it is not possible to finish 9 holes, (or should weather conditions result in cancellation) the entry fee paid by participants may be used towards a future event. Because of costs already incurred by the Junior Players' Tour at these events, we are unable to give refunds due to adverse weather.
